2. Email us your requirements, and we’ll promptly provide a quote and our T&Cs. To confirm your booking, we’ll send an invoice — a 25% deposit secures your date.​

3. From this stage, the team at Beacon Hill Lanterns begins preparing for your special day —you can rest assured we’ve got everything covered. The remaining 75% of your invoice is due four weeks prior to the event. At that time, we’ll also confirm final numbers, your seating plan, and a provisional timeline.
